Raw Materials
Refractory manufacturers are today facing a series of new challenges, which require a focus on constant optimization of their activities and cost. In order to compensate this optimization we have built a range of secondary raw materials which comply with their needs.
After sorting, picking and cleaning of the refractory waste which we have obtained a variety of different secondary raw materials, we bring to the market as an alternative for virgin materials. Not only can this bring cost savings but also enhance the cradle to cradle principle, as well as, in some cases, enhancing the circular economy.
All of the solutions we offer are industrial based and the majority of the secondary raw materials can be divided in two major product ranges:
Alumina based
We can supply a variety of alumina based products ranging for Corundum, Bauxite, Andalusite, Magmalox and Sillimanite. We also cover all kind of Fireclays Chamottes ranging from 15% to 40% alumina and even specialty Mullite based fireclays. Our product portfolio has also chrome corundum, AMC and all kinds of refractory based concretes.
Magnesia based
Magnesia Carbon from Converter with 1%, 2%, 5% or 8% AOX, Magnesia Carbon from Ladles with 1%, 2%, 5% AOX and DBM Magnesia are the most common in this portfolio. Also we can supply Chrome Magnesia as well as several qualities of Dolomite.
